  4. Quantum Leap Technologies, Inc., in cooperation with the Gold Coast 
  5. Macintosh User Group (located in Miami, Florida) is compiling public 
  6. domain and shareware files for a CD-ROM demonstration disc to be pressed 
  7. by Nimbus Information Systems, of Charlottesville, VA.
  8.  
  9. The disc will contain about 300 megabytes of Macintosh software, and will 
  10. be distributed free to CD-ROM developers by Nimbus at the upcoming CD-ROM 
  11. Exposition in Chicago September 26-29. This free disc is Nimbus' way of 
  12. introducing their CD-ROM production services to Macintosh developers.

  14. In addition, QLTech and GCMUG will distribute copies of the MEGA-ROM 
  15. throughout their own channels. Macintosh users can acquire a copy of the 
  16. CD-ROM disc from QLTech for $30 (10 cents per megabyte) while supplies 
  17. last. GCMUG plans to offer the discs to their members for a small fee.

  19. The MEGA-ROM will be available on September 30th.
